Return Policy

Souk & Co. would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or you've simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or a credit note (valid for 12 months) for the value of the item. Any shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser.

Paypal sometimes offers free return shipping, if you have used this payment method it is worth checking if you are eligible. Please refer to the PayPal Website here.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and is still in original condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached

  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return
  • The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date
  • You have contacted us at info@soukandco.com and received authorisation.

    Please Note: We do not accept exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of Australia.

    We have a no return policy on SALE items.

     

    Faulty & Damaged Items

    Souk and Co. source unique and individual pieces directly from Morocco. Any slight variations or fading are part of the charm of the product.
 All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at info@soukandco.com and we will arrange a replacement or a refund for you.

    Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visibly damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
