GENERAL INFORMATION

All artwork orders are sent from our Souk & Co. HQ in Sydney, Australia.

Prices displayed are in Australian Dollars, and include 10% GST.

Payment is accepted, via our website, using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). You will receive notification from us once your order has been processed.

DELIVERY

Within Australia

·      We arrange delivery for domestic orders via Australia Post. Please note that due to excessive demand there may be a delay in delivery times.

·      Should you request delivery via registered mail or courier we are happy to provide you with a quote.

·      Parcels will be left at your address, should you not be at home, at the discretion of Australia Post.

International Orders

·      We are happy to arrange for international postage or shipping. Please advise your full address and we will advise the relevant shipping cost. Prices obtained will include the relevant insurance.

·      Depending on the item and/or destination we either use Australia Post or DHL, or similar, and will include a trackable number.

·      Any tax or duties imposed on international deliveries remain the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS POLICY

We take enormous pride in all of our products, and want you to love them as much as we do. Should you encounter a problem, we are committed to assisting you in a timely manner. Our returns policy is as follows:

·      We ask that you open and inspect the product(s) upon receiving your delivery.

·      Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt, if:

o   you feel the product is damaged, or

o   the product is not as it was described

·      We will assess any complaints or issues & if found to be faulty, or incorrectly represented, you may choose a refund or exchange. 

·      We are not required to provide a refund or exchange for a change of mind.

·      The initial cost of returning the product to us is the responsibility of the recipient. The cost of the return delivery will be assessed with the product in regards to a refund or exchange.

·      Returns should be in the original packaging, unless it’s no longer protective, in which case we require that protective packaging be used.

·      We will not be responsible for returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

All designs, products, branding, logos and imagery are the intellectual property of Souk & Co. No use of these may be made without prior written consent of Souk & Co.
