Souk & Co. is a Travel Company based in Australia and Marrakech. We have registered companies in Australia (Pty Ltd), as well as in Morocco (SARL).
With over 25 years experience in the travel industry, and with an enormous love and passion for Morocco, we specialise in bespoke travel to this exotic Kingdom, both for boutique sized groups and independent travellers.
Our Moroccan based Head of Operations, Hassan, also has over 25 years experience as a licensed Tour Director. He has a degree in Applied Linguistics as well as Tourism, and has unrivalled knowledge and passion for his homeland. Together we design creative getaways, offering amazing experiences and lifelong memories. Hassan travels with us as the licensed tour leader for our hosted trips.
Our vast knowledge and insider edge allows us to offer experiences via the great relationships we’ve fostered with hoteliers (gorgeous boutique riads, Kasbah and luxe desert tents), transport companies, artisans, merchants and many more of the lovely locals that make Morocco such an endearing place.

SALLY
Sally splits her time between her family base in Sydney and her second home Morocco. Her skill set is a unique fusion of her careers and experience in both travel and design. Her eye for detail and love for soulful experiences is woven into each and every unique getaway that we design. With her passion, bubbly nature and trademark pink lipstick she infuses joy, enthusiasm and authenticity into every aspect of our brand.

HASSAN
Hassan is a proud Berber who lives in Morocco's beautiful coastal city, Agadir with his family. Armed with university qualifications in Tourism and Applied Linguistics (the man speaks five languages!) and a long established career as a tour leader, Hassan is our resident expert on the ground, head of our Moroccan team, and vegemite connoisseur. Hassan’s deep intellect, knowledge, experience and logistical wizardry are complimented by his great humour, humility and warmth.

Briony, in our Sydney office, is a guru of multi-tasking who liaises with our wonderful clients, sprinkles her creative magic on everything we do, and keeps the engine humming with her skills and joyous one-liners. And along with everything she knows and loves about Morocco let’s not forget her prowess for tying head scarves, riding camels and belly-dancing!
In Morocco, Manal, is our ever-efficient wonder woman who liaises with our lovely suppliers, expertly manages all our reservations and navigates the time differences of our multi-national locations with a smile. Highly experienced in the tourist industry, Manal’s an aficionado in everything from smoothing out inevitable travel bumps to special operations requests.
An all important part of our team are our trusted guides and drivers – all of whom are passionate and dedicated to unlocking the charms and intricacies of Morocco. Their knowledge and experience is second-to-none. Combined with their warmth, wit and zeal for showcasing their country you’ll take home memories of a lifetime.
We are also blessed to work with an amazing array of hoteliers, restauranteurs, artisans and suppliers… each and every one that we have personally chosen and formed warm and fabulous relationships with. In almost all cases, these are privately owned and operated boutique businesses, much like ours, driven by like-minded creatives who proudly offer authenticity and a sense of soul, and who recognize that our guests’ experience is at the very pinnacle of what we do.
